What Information we collect
If you choose to make a booking through us or make queries about a potential booking, we will collect details that you provide in relation to that booking or query. Information held is likely to include your name, contact details, payment details, information about people travelling with you, information about your booking and any additional information we may need to help meet your specific requirements.

Information you give us
You may provide us with information by completing forms on our website or by contacting us via email, telephone or in writing. You may also have made a payment on the website. Please note that we do not capture or store your full card details: payment is handled by our payment service providers Stripe (you can find out more about Stripe’s policies here: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy)
We also collect information from you when you voluntarily provide feedback and or reviews of our service and accommodation.
Information we collect from you
When you visit our website we collect information about usage via cookies. We track user and traffic patterns to help inform us about the design and functionality of our website.
We do not collect personal information via cookies.
How we use the information
We use your information to help us complete your booking, to manage customer service queries and to help us provide details or information you may have requested.
We’ll only use your personal data on relevant lawful grounds as permitted by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (from 25 May 2018)/UK Data Protection Act and Privacy of Electronic Communication Regulation.

We take the security of all personally identifiable information associated with our customers and prospective customers very seriously. We’d like to use your details to keep in touch about things that may interest you – for example, special offers, news relating to new boats in build, information regarding our latest projects and ideas. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time.
We track user traffic patterns on our website but we do not correlate this information with data about individual users.

We use the information to compile reports and to help us make improvements to our website.
